It is a plan to rebuild an aging apartment located in a quiet residential area surrounded by Public housing.
For the site of the north front road, the lighting of the living room is uniformly arranged on the south side. The north side aimed for a calm facade that opens quietly while gently closing in the surrounding environment.
都営住宅に囲まれた静かな住宅地に位置する老朽化したマンションの建て替え計画です。
北側前面道路の敷地に対し、居室の採光は南面に一様に配置しています。北側は共用部として周辺環境に緩やかに閉じながら静かに開く、落ち着いたファサードを目指しました。
