The planned site of Hotel de L'Alpage, which has a vast site of 45,000 m2, faces the Venus Line, a major tourist road connecting Chino and Utsukushigahara Highlands, with Yatsugatake to the east and Lake Tateshina to the south. It is located in a place surrounded by the rich nature of the Northern Alps, with the Takinoyu River mountain stream on the west side. The hotel project is based on the former Hotel Heidi, which was opened in 1975 on the site of the former residence of the Prince Higashifushimi family.
4万5千㎡の広大な敷地を有する「ホテル・ドゥ・ラルパージュ」計画地は、茅野と美ヶ原高原を結ぶ主要観光道路ビーナスラインに面し、東に八ヶ岳、南に蓼科湖を臨み、敷地西側には滝の湯川の渓流を擁すという北アルプスの豊かな自然に囲まれた場所に位置します。
当ホテル計画は東伏見宮家の別宅であった敷地に1975年、東伏見韶俶氏がオープンした旧ホテルハイジが前身であり、44年に渡り皇室の多くの方も宿泊されるなど格調高いホテルとして愛されてきた
ホテルの建て替え計画です。
