Telework has been promoted as a measure to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus infection, and many people have changed their work styles significantly after the corona disaster. We searched for a way to rent housing that responds to the increasing demand for remote work. ​In this project, separate multi-purpose spaces are provided in the basement, separate from the living areas of each unit.

新型コロナウイルス感染症の感染拡大防止策としてテレワークが推進されたこともあり、コロナ禍を経て、働き方が大きく変化した人は少なくありません。リモートワーク需要の増加に応える賃貸住宅のあり方を模索しました。

​本計画では各住戸の居住部分とは別に個別の多目的スペースを地下に完備しました。
